These terms and conditions govern the use of the site https://motherswithlove.wixsite.com/singwithmemusic as well as govern the terms of the online classes listed on this site (https://motherswithlove.wixsite.com/singwithmemusic). By using this site and enrolling in the online classes mentioned on the site,  indicates that you agree to these terms and services and will abide by them. At any time we reserve the right to limit or cancel your access to the site and any or all classes you/your child is enrolled in. You must be 18 or older to enroll your child in any of our classes. You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled in any classes. We reserve the right to cancel or reject your subscription or enrollment at any time. If your subscription is cancelled at any time, you will NOT be refunded for submitted payments. All payments are final. Your subscriptions renew automatically each month. Reoccurring each month on the date you originally paid. We nor (Adale Mitchell) will be held responsible for any actions, claims, liabilities , losses claims or expenses (including legal fees) from your use in our site or any of our classes.
